The National Religious community in Israel constitutes about 25% of Israeli society so their commitment to democratic values is crucial to the democratic foundations of the entire Jewish State. Yesodot is the only program working to strengthen the religious community’s commitment to democracy and to demonstrate that religious values and democratic values can live in harmony.

Yesodot’s programs are recommended by Israel’s Ministry of Education but we receive limited government funding.
